Hayes Gibson Property Services Partners with Excel Property Management
The combination of these two excellent firms will expand the geographic footprint of both organizations. Offices and resources will span from California to Indiana to North Carolina. The combined property management service area will now include North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina, with a continued emphasis on affordable multifamily housing.
This expansion will allow HGPS and Excel to increase their marketability and increase resources for training and development to provide greater opportunities for all employees. Both HGPS and Excel will continue to be managed locally by its current leadership.
“There couldn’t be a better combination of property management firms than Excel and Hayes Gibson,” said Carson Hayes, Hayes Gibson’s President. “Our partnership will provide outstanding opportunities for our employees and expanded services for our clients.”
Together, Hayes Gibson Property Services and Excel Property Management will become a national powerhouse with significant expertise in optimizing the management of affordable housing, as well as other residential asset classes. Learning from one another and continuing to develop personnel so that the delivery of services to our clients can be refined. Creating further growth opportunities will be a prominent focus and will be vital to the success of the new and expanding organization.
“As soon as we began meeting with the Hayes Gibson’s leadership team, it was clear our mission, vision and values were perfect fits” said Ann Hanson, Excel’s President. “Our partnering with Hayes Gibson strengthens our already formidable reputation and allows us to serve our clients better than ever, while maintaining our local decision-making and project accountability that have been instrumental to our success since 1994.”
Hayes Gibson Property Services and Excel Property Management are extremely excited about this next step in their evolution and look forward to working and growing with this new partnership.
