Carson is the President and founder of HayesGibson Property Services in Bloomington, Indiana. Carson was also a Senior Associate, for over 15 years, with the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) of Washington D.C. In that capacity, he trained thousands on all facets of affordable housing throughout the United States. Carson has written several publications on various facets of affordable housing and developed Video Training Series on housing management with NCHM. Carson is a long-time Real Estate Broker and has several designations relating to the affordable housing industry. The company has received numerous national and state awards for best practices and innovations in housing management and Carson has been inducted into the Kentucky Housing Hall of Fame. Carson is a graduate of Indiana University’s School of Education. He is married with 3 children and lives in Bloomington, Indiana.
