Emily has been with Hayes Gibson Property Services and Lenzy Hayes Inc. for over 16 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Merchandising, with minors in Psychology and Marketing from Indiana University. Additionally, she has earned several professional designations, including the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), and Specialist in Housing-Based Services (SBS) from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). She is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Indiana, where she has represented both buyers and sellers in various transactions over the years.

Emily began her career in Accounts Payable and eventually became a Regional Manager overseeing 10 affordable housing properties across the Midwest and Southern U.S. for six years. During this time, she also served as a troubled asset workout specialist. She contributed to many company initiatives, including planning the Annual Hayes-Gibson International and Lenzy Hayes, Inc. meetings, and helped develop several key resources, such as the Hayes-Gibson International Inc. SOP, Accounting SOP, EIV binders, Compliance binders, and the Yardi Voyager How-To guide. Emily later transitioned into a part-time role focusing on Compliance and Yardi support for new property setups, in addition to assisting with several tax credit rent-ups.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, boating, fishing, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
