About Gordon Gibson

Gordon is a founding member of Hayes-Gibson International. He has been involved in the development and management of supportive housing programs for individuals with disabilities–physical, mental health, substance use, HIV/Aids, and developmental disabilities, and for older adults as well as for homeless individuals and families. Formerly, Gordon was the Director of the Center for Behavioral Health Research which has been the leading organization in the development and use of Evidence-Based Treatments for community behavioral health provider organizations. He has served on the national Board of Directors of the American Psychological Association Division of Consulting Psychology having chaired the Research and Scientific Affairs Board and the Professional Ethics Standards Board. Gordon is a graduate of Indiana University’s Department of Counseling Psychology and Colgate Rochester Divinity School.
