Her journey commenced at Kirkpatrick Management, where she spent 14 years immersing herself in various aspects of the field. Beginning as a leasing agent, Mary’s enthusiasm for compliance led to her advancement to the role of Director of Compliance.

In the past eight years, Mary has furthered her career with Kittle Property Group. During this time, she expanded her expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs and played a pivotal role in the acquisition of several Section 8 properties. Her contributions were instrumental in various facets of property rehabilitation.

Mary holds several distinguished professional designations, underscoring her expertise and commitment to the industry. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a Certified Housing Manager (CHM), and a Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS).
