Simone Brewer’s training career began 20 years ago teaching skill development, compliance, and leadership training for various companies in the Indianapolis area. Over these years, her title has looked different but the work of educating, engaging and empowering employees has been a constant. Simone has also been on the board of directors for a non-profit organization that supports homeless youth in the Indianapolis area.  Simone has developed strategic planning sessions and trained on various topics for organizations like the Indianapolis Colts football team, Pearson Education, Denny’s Restaurant, Conner Prairie, and the Indianapolis Indians baseball team.   

Simone is originally from St. Andrew, Jamaica where she lived until age 15 before coming to the United States. Since then, she has earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in business. Simone has been married to her husband Jason for 22 years and has two handsome boys, Glenn who is 25 and Joseph who is 17.
